Return Requirements:
- Request a return within 30 days of product shipment.
- Ship the return to our warehouse within 7 days of receiving your return label.
- Ensure the returned product(s) are in their original packaging and in like-new condition. We may reject returns with damage to the product or packaging.
Return Options: If a product is deemed unfit for return, we will inform you, and no refund will be issued. You can choose between:
- Free Return Shipping for orders to the Continental US and worldwide (using our selected carrier).
- For orders outside the Continental US, customers are responsible for the return shipping cost; we can authorize a PawBuys subscription credit upon proof of shipment and cost.
Return Process: Follow these steps for a smooth return process:

- Upon form review, we will email you a return label. Print and attach it securely to your shipping carton.
- Drop off the package at the nearest shipping carrier location.
- Once we receive and review the returned products, if they meet our requirements, we’ll process the refund and send a confirmation email. Please allow up to 8 business days for this process.

Availability: Efforts are made to maintain sufficient stock, but inventory shortages at our distributor may impact order fulfillment. We reserve the right to cancel orders if fulfillment is not possible, with notification via email.
Shipping: Shipping delays may occur due to inventory shortages or fulfillment issues. Your order is shipped using our selected carrier, with shipping fees covered for Continental US addresses. Delivery times are estimated, and we provide tracking information once your order is fulfilled.
Returns and Refunds: Return your hardware within 30 days of shipment in new condition with the original packaging. Returns are not accepted after 30 days. We cover the cost of hardware returns with the provided label and appropriate carrier. Priority shipping charges are non-refundable. We reserve the right to refuse returns for suspected abuse of the policy.
End-users and Resellers: Our hardware packages are crafted exclusively for PawBuys customers. Resellers are not accommodated, and customer support is available only to the original hardware purchaser.
Warranties: Warranties cover manufacturing defects, and replacements are based on the original fulfillment date. The warranty does not cover misuse, abuse, unauthorized modification, or natural disasters. Contact our support team for replacements. Third-party products are covered by their original manufacturers’ warranties.
Limitation of Liability: PawBuys.com does not accept liability beyond specified remedies, including lost profits or data. We are not liable for consequential, special, indirect, or punitive damages.
